	This bill includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $92,927 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $98,060 in fiscal year 2010-11 to continue a limited period Public Service Coordinator I position in the Department of Conservation.  It also transfers $45,214 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $47,780 in fiscal year 2010-11 from the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife General Fund carrying account to the Department of Conservation, Maine State Parks Development Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds.
