	The Department of Environmental Protection indicates that as many as 15 tank owners may be eligible for relief from the $10,000 deductible.  Most of these tank owners have already paid the $10,000 and would receive refunds.  This could result in additional disbursements from the Ground Water Oil Clean-up Fund of up to $150,000.
