This
fiscal note reflects the incremental impact of delaying the transfer of slot machine revenue to the
Gambling Addiction Prevention and Treatment Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds
account within the Office of Substance Abuse until July 1, 2011 and removes
the allocation of $50,000 in 2010-11 for the purpose of supporting gambling
addiction analysis, prevention and treatment. |
