This bill
proposes to allow seasonal employees of Baxter State Park Authority to be
paid for unused vacation and overtime at the end of the season. This bill would result in Other Special
Revenue Funds net savings to the Baxter State Park Authority of $6,795
beginning in fiscal year 2010-11 by eliminating the need to hire a roving
ranger position to fill in while vacation time is taken. |
|
The additional
costs to adopt rules concerning seasonal employees of the Baxter State Park
Authority can be absorbed by the Department of Administrative and Financial
Services utilizing existing budgeted resources. |
