Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This legislation requires the Department of Transportation to secure full funding to complete the Aroostook North-South Highway project through federal funding, bonding and/or Highway Fund revenues.  The Department of Transportation has secured $40 million in funding for this purpose from the Congressional Delegation and has begun the planning process.  This funding will also be used to complete the Caribou project and begin planning on the Presque Isle project as required in the bill.  Additional funding would need to be secured to fully complete the Aroostook North-South Highway project.
