|
This bill requires
the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to amend its routine
technical rules for future hydropower projects to include a cost-benefit
analysis. The DEP anticipates that the requirement to complete a cost benefit
analysis can be performed with the scope of the department's current work
plan and budgeted resources.
