	Provides an appropriation of $1,402,857 in 2009-10 and $2,797,325 in 2010-11 for the state share of the MaineCare costs of increasing dental reimbursement rates to the 25th percentile of New England regional fees for 12 specified dental procedures.  The estimate of total full-year annual MaineCare costs of $7,990,074 (state and federal) is based on applying these rate increases to current utilization of the procedures affected.  First year costs assume a December 31, 2009 effective date.
