| The General Fund revenue increase associated with the anticipated increase in traffic infractions is estimated to be $36,660 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $56,400 in fiscal year 2010-11. The corresponding increase in Other Special Revenue Funds from the related surcharges is estimated to be $8,840 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $13,600 in fiscal year 2010-11. The Judicial Branch will also require a General Fund appropriation of $4,569 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $6498 in fiscal year 2010-11 for one part-time Assistant Clerk position to process the additional tickets. | ||||||
