Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill includes a General Fund deappropriation of $1,639,866 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $2,318,958 in fiscal year 2010-11 as a result of reducing the state share of the individual health insurance premium for state employees from 100% to 95% effective October 1, 2009 and 90% effective July 1, 2011.  It also includes a Highway Fund deallocation of $654,138 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $923,982 in fiscal year 2010-11.  The reduction in spending for employee health insurance premiums paid by other funds may allow for a decrease in allocations as recommended by the State Budget Officer and approved by the Governor.
