| This bill has no net General Fund impact in the 2010-2011 biennium. It includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $250,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 for the Department of Health and Human Services for the Eldercare Network. It also provides a one-time General Fund deappropriation of $250,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 from the Department of Administrative and Financial Services from a statewide reduction in out-of- state travel. The additional costs to the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to distribute the statewide savings to individual General Fund programs can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
