The Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management estimates that increasing paid leaves of absence for members of the National Guard or Reserves of the United States Armed Forces from 17 to 30 work days per year would increase costs by $225,000 over all funds.  No estimate is made at this time to determine the effect on each fund or each department within the state.
