Fiscal Detail and Notes
The authorization of an Autism Support specialty registration plate will require a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation in fiscal year 2009-10 of $50,000 to the Secretary of State for the costs of manufacturing the plates.   The new plate will increase Highway Fund revenue in fiscal year 2009-10 by an estimated $25,000 and in fiscal year 2010-11 by 13,500, increase dedicated revenue to the Specialty License Plate Fund within the Secretary of State by an estimated $2,500 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $2,600 in fiscal year 2010-11 and increase dedicated revenue to the Autism Support Special Programs Fund within the Department of Health and Human Services by $22,500 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $23,400 in fiscal year 2010-11.
