This bill repeals the Informed Growth Act enacted in 2007 and eliminates the State funded mandate which requires a municipality to prepare a comprehensive economic impact study for any planned large-scale retail development. The State Planning Office will no longer be required to collect or disburse fees or perform other related administrative tasks. |
