This legislation
results in an additional $30,000 of Other Special Revenue Funds revenue
deposited into the Companion Animal Sterilization Fund within the Department
of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources.
This surcharge was previously deposited into the Animal Welfare Fund
within the Department and will result in a corresponding Other Special
