The Department of
Public Safety will require a Highway Fund allocation of $131,250 in fiscal
year 2009-10 and $175,000 beginning in fiscal year 2010-11 to perform
mandatory operating under the influence testing of all operators of vehicles
involved in an accident involving serious bodily injury. |
