This bill includes
one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $8,000 and $4,500 in
fiscal year 2009-10 to the Licensing and Enforcement program and the
Administrative Services - Professional and Financial Regulation program,
respectively, within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation,
for the costs associated with allowing a special event services permit to be
issued by the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology for licensees to perform
limited services outside of a licensed establishment. Sufficient revenues exist within the
Board's account to support these one-time costs. |
