Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill reduces appropriations to the Legislature for savings attributable to reduction in the length of legislative sessions beginning in fiscal year 2009-10 from reduced legislator expenses and session-only employee personal services costs.  These amounts may be affected by pending biennial budget decisions of the Legislative Council.
