Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill exempts certain man-made wetlands from state regulation under the Natural Resources Protection Act, eliminates the Department of Environmental Protection’s jurisdiction and results in lower DEP licensing fees. Additional related DEP staff costs can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
