The
Administration - Bureau of Labor Standards program within the Department of
Labor will require ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $95,194
per year beginning in fiscal year 2009-10 to increase the amount that may be
held in the Maine Wage Assurance Fund from its current annual allocation of
$104,806 to an annual allocation of $200,000. |
