	This amendment allocates $1.3 million from the Fund for a Healthy Maine on a one-time basis for the costs of the comprehensive cancer screening, detection and prevention program.  Based on current estimates of resources and allocations, sufficient funds are available in the Fund for a Healthy Maine in fiscal year 2008-09 to fund this one-time allocation.
