Resolve, To Transfer the Ownership of the Bath Armory to the City of Bath

Sec. 1. Bath Armory transfer by quitclaim deed. Resolved: That, in accordance with the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 37-B, section 264, the Adjutant General shall transfer the land and buildings constituting the Bath Armory to the City of Bath for the sum of $1 by means of a quitclaim deed, as long as the City of Bath agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the State from all claims, including any environmental clean-up costs that may arise in connection with the land or the buildings constituting the armory.
