Amend the amendment in section 1 in §2117A in subsection 3 in paragraph C in the last 2 lines (page 2, lines 1 and 2 in amendment) by striking out the following: " a reasonable articulable suspicion, or records from the National Crime Information Center database" and inserting the following: ' specific and articulable facts of a concern for safety, wrongdoing or a criminal investigation or pursuant to a civil order or records from the National Crime Information Center database or an official published law enforcement bulletin'
