Amend the bill in section 3 in subsection 5-C in the last line (page 1, line 18 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " 6006-D." the following: ' Any amounts transferred to the Municipal Investment Trust Fund in excess of $500,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2010-11 must be transferred to the General Fund undedicated revenue.'
Amend the bill by inserting after section 5 the following:
‘Sec. 6. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.
