Amend the bill in section 1 in §15008 in subsection 2 by striking out all of the last sentence (page 1, lines 24 to 27 in L.D.) and inserting the following: ' During the first 3 years of operation of a new or reorganized school administrative unit, the fuel costs of the original school administrative units may be aggregated for purposes of determining the total amount that may not be exceeded due to an appropriation or transfer.'

Amend the bill in section 1 in §15008 in subsection 4 in the 2nd line (page 1, line 34 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " pursuant to sections 1312, 1491 and 1706"
