Amend the bill in section 2 in subsection 35-B by striking out all of the last underlined sentence (page 1, lines 22 and 23 in L.D.) and inserting the following: ' For purposes of this subsection, "utility vehicle" means a 4-wheeled vehicle in which a passenger may be seated next to the driver and includes, but is not limited to, a cargo body, roll cage and steering wheel.'

Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
