Joint Order, Directing the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services To Study the Feasibility of Instituting ImPACT Tests, Which Establish a Personal Baseline for Athletic Head Trauma Injuries

the House concurring, that the Department of Health and Human Services shall study the feasibility of instituting ImPACT™ tests as developed by ImPACT Applications, Inc., which establish a personal baseline for sports athletic head and trauma injuries. The department shall review concussion management and whether the ImPACT™ tests are recommended for this State. The department shall submit a report that includes its findings and recommendations, including suggested legislation, for presentation to the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services in the Second Regular Session of the 124th Legislature.
