Amend the bill in Part D by striking out all of section 2 (page 2, lines 29 to 36 and page 3, lines 1 to 8 in L.D.)

Amend the bill in Part E by striking out all of section 2 (page 3, lines 13 to 28 in L.D.)

This amendment removes all the ratification referenda from the bill. The new names will go into effect 90 days after adjournment of the First Regular Session of the 124th Legislature.
