An Act To Fund State Drug Prosecutors
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Transfers 6 Assistant Attorney General positions and one Secretary Associate Legal position assigned to the Department of Public Safety, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and associated All Other from the Federal Expenditures Fund to the General Fund within the same program.
