Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 1 in paragraph H in the first line (page 1, line 13 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "who" the following: ' owns a pet and'
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 1 in paragraph M in the last line (page 1, line 21 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " and"
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 1 by striking out all of paragraph N (page 1, line 22 in L.D.) and inserting the following:

This amendment revises appointees to the Animal Welfare Advisory Council to include a representative of a municipally licensed kennel and provides for a member representing boarding kennels and one representing breeding kennels and a member who owns a pet.
