Joint Order, To Amend the Joint Rules Regarding Fiscal Notes

the House concurring, that the Joint Rules be amended by amending Joint Rule 312 by adding at the end a new paragraph to read:

If the Office of Fiscal and Program Review receives information provided by the executive branch to develop the fiscal note, then the office shall immediately provide that information, including the identity of any person from whom the information was obtained, to the sponsor of the bill or resolve.
