Amend the resolve by striking out the title and substituting the following:

‘Resolve, Authorizing Certain Land Transactions by the Department of Conservation, Bureau of Parks and Lands and the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife and Directing the Initiation of Negotiations Regarding Easements on Certain Land’

Amend the resolve in section 6 in the last line (page 4, line 4 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "." and inserting the following: '; and be it further'

Amend the resolve by inserting at the end before the summary the following:

Sec. 7. Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife directed to negotiate easements in Cumberland County. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife shall initiate negotiations with interested parties, including but not limited to abutting property owners, regarding granting easements on land known as the Eastern Trail near the intersection of Blackpoint Road in Scarborough, Cumberland County, with such terms and conditions as the commissioner may direct. The commissioner shall endeavor to conclude such negotiations no later than December 1, 2010.’

Amend the resolve by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
