Amend the resolve in section 6 in the last line (page 4, line 4 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "." and inserting the following: '; and be it further'

Amend the resolve by inserting at the end before the summary the following:

‘Sec. 7. Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife authorized, but not directed, to grant easements in Cumberland County. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife may by quitclaim deeds without covenants convey, for negotiated value an easement to Anthony Attardo, Sr. and an easement to Anthony Attardo, Jr. in order to access their own properties, on land adjacent to the Eastern Trail near the intersection of Blackpoint Road in Scarborough, Cumberland County, with such terms and conditions as the commissioner may direct.’

This amendment authorizes the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to convey by quitclaim deeds without covenants, for negotiated value, easements to Anthony Attardo, Sr. and Anthony Attardo, Jr. in order to access their own properties.
