Amend the bill in section 2 in the last 2 lines (page 1, lines 35 and 36 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "coverage terminated or terminates between September 1, 2008 and February 28, 2010 or any later date" and inserting the following: 'employment terminated between September 1, 2008 and March 31, 2010 and who have elected to continue coverage pursuant to Title 24-A, section 2809-A, subsection 11 and to any eligible employees whose employment terminates after March 31, 2010 who are eligible for premium assistance'

Amend the bill in section 3 in the 3rd line (page 2, line 1 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "February 28," and inserting the following: 'March 31,'
