An Act To Require the State To Pay the Costs of School Administration Consolidation
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. State to pay consolidation costs. The State shall pay the cost of consolidation by July 1, 2012 for any town or community that has complied by June 2, 2009 with the laws governing the reorganization of school administrative units.
