An Act To Exempt Certain Mobile Homes from the Radon Testing Requirement
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 14 MRSA §6030-D, sub-§5 is enacted to read:
5. Exemption. A mobile home that is not affixed to a permanent foundation is exempt from this section.
