Amend the bill by striking out all of Part E.
Amend the bill in Part G by striking out all of section 2 (page 25, lines 1 to 6 in L.D.) and inserting the following:
‘Sec. G-2. Salary Plan program; lapsed balances; Administrative and Financial Services, General Fund. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, $500,000 at the close of fiscal year 200910 and $1,102,947 at the close of fiscal year 201011 of unencumbered balance forward in the Personal Services line category in the Salary Plan program, General Fund account in the Department of Administrative and Financial Services lapses to the General Fund unappropriated surplus.’
Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.

This amendment strikes Part E of the bill, which increases the amount of the fixed transfers from the Local Government Fund to the General Fund from the state-municipal revenue sharing by $624,651 in fiscal year 200910 and $9,311 in fiscal year 201011, and increases the amount to be transferred at the close of fiscal year 2010-11 from the Salary Plan program to the General Fund unappropriated surplus.
