Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 7 in the 3rd line from the end (page 1, line 11 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " representative." the following: ' Instant redeemable coupons provided by the manufacturer’s agent or manufacturer’s sales representative must be made available to all agency store licensees electing to offer the coupon in an amount equal to the agency store’s inventory of spirits products that are subject to the coupon promotion.'

Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 7 in the last line (page 1, line 13 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "licensee." the following: ' An instant redeemable coupon attached to a spirits product sold by an agency store licensee to a consumer is for the benefit of the consumer who purchases the spirits product.'
