Resolve, Authorizing the Transfer of State Land to the Natural Resource Education Center of Greenville

Sec. 1. Governor to convey certain real estate. Resolved: That the Governor, upon recommendation of the Commissioner of Transportation, shall transfer the State's fee interest in a parcel of land located in the Town of Greenville to the Natural Resource Education Center. The parcel of land is the rest area on State Route 15 in the Town of Greenville.
