Amend the resolve in section 2 in the next to the last line (page 1, line 19 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "legislation" and inserting the following: 'a bill'

The resolve authorizes the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over taxation matters to submit legislation to the First Regular Session of the 125th Legislature. This amendment instead authorizes the committee to submit a bill.
