Amend the resolve in section 1 in the last line (page 1, line 19 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "authorized" the following: 'if the rule regarding the minimum amount that must be received from the resale of property and equipment purchased using Maine Clean Election Act funds is reduced from 75% to 40%'
