Initiative: Provides funding for one 1/2-time Public Service Manager I position, 3 seasonal 1/2-time Marine Patrol Officer positions and related All Other costs to enforce the newly created saltwater recreational fishing license.

Sec. 15. Effective date. This Act takes effect January 1, 2011.’
summary
This amendment is the minority report and reduces the fee for a resident saltwater recreational fishing license from $15 to $5 and reduces the nonresident fee from $30 to $15 for an annual nonresident saltwater recreational fishing license and from $15 to $8 for other saltwater recreational fishing licenses. It provides reciprocity for a person licensed or registered in New Hampshire to recreationally fish in salt water and it provides that the provisions of the bill take effect January 1, 2011. The amendment also adds an appropriations and allocations section.
