Amend the bill in section 1 in §20108 in subsection 1 in paragraph D in the 2nd line (page 7, line 3 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " government" the following: ' . The Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate jointly shall appoint the representative of the legislative branch, who may not be a Legislator. The expenses of this representative must be paid using existing budgeted resources of the Legislative Council'
