An Act To Limit the Transport of Water for Export
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 23 MRSA §3 is enacted to read:
§ 3. Transportation of water for export
Any infrastructure built after the effective date of this section, including a road, railroad, pipeline or port facility, may not be used to transport water with a final destination of any port.
