An Act To Prohibit Full-time State Employees from Enrollment in MaineCare
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §3174-G, sub-§4 is enacted to read:
4. Exclusion. Notwithstanding subsection 1 or any other provision of law to the contrary, a person who is employed by the State on a full-time basis is not eligible to receive services pursuant to this section.
