Amend the amendment by inserting after the title the following:
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 4-A in paragraph B in the 3rd line (page 1, line 19 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " construction of a" the following: ' temporary'
’Amend the amendment in the first indented paragraph after the title in the 2nd line (page 1, line 13 in amendment) by inserting at the end the following: 'and inserting the following: ' The structure must be removed after the person with a permanent disability using the structure no longer occupies the dwelling. ' '
SUMMARY
This amendment requires that the construction of a structure for the storage of a motor vehicle owned by a person with a permanent disability must be a temporary structure that is removed after that person no longer occupies the dwelling.
