Amend the bill in section 1 in §706 in subsection 2 in the 2nd and 3rd lines (page 1, lines 10 and 11 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " under 27 years of age" and inserting the following: 'under 27 35 years of age'

Amend the bill by striking out all of section 2 (page 1, lines 23 to 24 in L.D.)
Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.

This amendment is the minority report of the committee. It removes the requirement that licensees who sell or serve alcoholic beverages get mandatory training. It also changes from 27 to 35 years of age the maximum age of a person who may be required to present identification to purchase alcoholic beverages.
