Resolve, Concerning Fitness Programs for State Employees

Sec. 1. Department of Administrative and Financial Services to allow employee choice of fitness centers. Resolved: That the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Human Resources, division of employee health and benefits shall contract with a health insurance provider that will offer a health and wellness program for state employees that allows an employee of the State to enroll in a monthly membership with a fitness center of the employee’s choice.
