An Act Concerning Teacher Salaries
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §13407 is enacted to read:
§ 13407. Performance-based salaries
A salary of a teacher may not be based upon the measurable performance or productivity of the teacher or a student of the teacher.
