Resolve, To Enhance Public Information about the MaineCare Program

Sec. 1. MaineCare program. Resolved: That the Department of Health and Human Services shall include notification to the public of any change to the MaineCare program or any department application for a waiver as part of the weekly public notice. The department must include in the notice that a person may request a hearing on the change or application for a waiver within 20 business days of the date the notice was published.
