Resolve, To Transfer the Phillips Fish Hatchery to the Sandy River Land Trust

Sec. 1. Transfer of Phillips Fish Hatchery to Sandy River Land Trust. Resolved: That, notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 12, section 10109, the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife is authorized to and shall transfer the Phillips Fish Hatchery in the Town of Phillips to the Sandy River Land Trust, a nonprofit land trust in Phillips whose goal is to protect the riparian habitat within the Sandy River watershed.
